Independent Appraisal (IA) was originally established in 1989
by the merging of the three independent appraisal practices of
Robert Wilkes, Robert Repka, and Robert Gartrell.
IA is a valuation services firm that provides objective and
independent opinions to clients. To preserve our independence,
we provide no accounting, brokerage, commercial banking, or
similar business services to clients. The firm has a tradition
